Rock-compatible, biased pressure crushing, return-flow type tunneling machine

The roller cutters, which are mounted in an optimal position on the cutter head (face plate), can crush rocks, boulders, or boulders that are larger than the tunneling machine, making it possible to carry out tunneling work.

Product Features and Overview

The Unclemole Super is a slurry tunneling machine that presses the roller cutter attached to the cutter head against the face to crush rocks and boulders, takes in crushed gravel from two openings in the face plate, and performs secondary crushing with the powerful crushing force of the cone crusher that moves eccentrically. The slurry tunneling machine is a versatile tunneling machine that can handle all types of geology, from bedrock to boulder-mixed gravel, gravel layers, sandy soil, clayey soil, soft ground, and alternating layers. For construction accuracy, Reflective Steering Guidance (RSG) is standard equipment, making it easy to keep the tip of the tunneling machine on the planned line at all times. In addition, the TCS1350 to 1500 models allow the drilling bit to be replaced from inside the machine.
