Product Features and Overview
The Uncle Mole is a gravel-crushing tunneling machine that is equipped with a cone crusher at the tip of the tunneling machine and can crush boulders and gravel by performing a powerful eccentric rotation motion. It can handle soft ground to hard soil (N value 50 or more) and water-retaining gravel layers, and can process gravel and boulders up to 40% of their nominal diameter (uniaxial compressive strength 200MN/m2). In addition, there is a spoke-shaped cutter at the front of the tunneling machine, which can cut soft rocks with a uniaxial compressive strength of about 5MN/m2.
